plasma surface treatment and low pressure gas plasma machines
Low pressure gas Plasma for environmental
and economical cleaning (ultra clean) and activation (hydrophil-hydrphob)
as well as polymerisation for plastic, textile, foils and ceramics
as well as metal.
Plastics with a low polarity for example
(PE, PP, POM, PUR, PTFE) can be treated absolutly environment-friendly
and economically with Low Pressure Plasma Machines from POLYPLAS.
The same is possible with metallic or non-metallic surfaces,
which can be "ultracleaned" with
Plasma. For the above mentioned cleaned and activated surfaces
the printing, glueing and painting is possible without problems.
Process description:
The parts which must be activated or degreased are treated in a
vacuum chamber with reaction gas, e.g., 02N2 by high-frequence,
middle-frequence or GHz. An ionized gas reacts with the surface
or defilement. Potential decomposition products will be extracted
by the vacuum pump.
